International Shipping

We do ship our products international. When you live in Europe you can simply place an order through our website. Do you live outside Europe, just send us a email with the items you want to order.

 

Placing an order

Here is the process to place an order :

1.   Search through our website by clicking the tabs in the left index.

2.   Place the requested products in the basket by clicking at the “basket” button and click “plaats in winkelmandje”.

3.   When you are ready with the items you can click “afrekenen”.

4.   Select your country in the list you can find when you scroll beneath “selecteer een verzendlocatie”.

5.   Select how you want to ship at “selecteer een verzendmethode”. Tnt is without insurance, TNT verzekerd is with insurance.

6.   Click “veilig bestellen”.

7.   Click “Ik keur de voorwaarden goed” (these are our terms).

8.   Here you first have to choose how you want to make the payment. Ideal is only for Dutch and Belgium customers. Mark “vooraf per bank/giro” for a bank transfer. Paypal is possible too, just mail us if you want to pay with paypal.

9.   Fill in the required fields and click “controleer order”. After that you can finalize the order by clicking “verstuur order”

 

Deliverytime

We have many products in stock, we will send those products within 2 days after we received your payment. The products which we don’t have will take some longer to send. At each product you can see our expected deliverytimes. When a product will have a “2 dagen levertijd” it means we have it in stock. Just check the “levertijd” at each product. The expected “levertijd” will start after we receive the payment!

It is possible to pay through bank transfer or with Paypal. If you want to pay with paypal you can send us a mail. (in the near future this will be an automatic service at our website). For an international bank transfer ->

Taxes and Duties

We do not add international tax, tarifs or duties to our orders. It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees.

 

Carrier

We send our products with TnT Netherlands. We do not use another carrier at the moment. It is possible to ship special deliveries, we than will use DHL. We use DHL too for deliveries outside Europe. All extra costs are for the customer. Just send us a mail.

 

Tracking Shipments

When we send your order we always mail you the same day with the trackingnumber. You can use this number to track your order. Notice that you won’t receive a number if you have chosen delivery without insurance and your package is below 0,5 kgs.

 

Cancelling Order

If you want to cancel your order, just let us know asap. When we already have ordered your product you will be charged a small fee.

 

Returning Policy

If you want to return a product you can mail us with all info we need. If a product is damaged we will contact the carrier and set up an investigation. If you just don’t like the product you must respond within one week. In that case all shipping costs are for the customer. Money refunds will happen within 2 weeks after we received the product in our warehouse. We don’t accept personal items or products which are in sale.
